One-to-one individual coaching sessions, available virtually or in person.
Workshops conducted virtually or in person (in Amsterdam, NL), focusing on various aspects of balance, including wellness initiatives, dealing with stress, and mental health.
'Walk and talk' sessions are coaching sessions conducted while walking in the Beatrix Park, in Amsterdam, when it is not raining. These sessions leverage the therapeutic effects of physical activity and the calming environment of nature to enhance the coaching experience.
In case of bad weather forecast, the session needs to be reschedule within 24 hours of notice period by the client. Otherwise, the session will be held virtual
Yes, I offer virtual coaching sessions for both individuals and companies. This allows you to receive coaching support from the comfort of your own home or office, regardless of your location.
For now the only in person sessions are the 'walk and talk' but I'm happy to understand your needs and find the best solution for us to work together.

I host events centered around mental health, wellness, life purpose, and microdosing psilocybin. These events can take the form of workshops and/or ceremonies, providing mindful experiences for deep exploration and personal growth in a supportive environment.

What sets my coaching apart is my ability to adapt coaching tools to your unique process while applying a holistic and integrative approach. The payment for the individuals, package sessions , group programs and events are typically required in advance to secure your spot. Payments can be made via bank transfer, Tikkie, or through secure online payment platforms like PayPal. Payment details and instructions will be provided upon booking your session.
If you need to cancel your session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. For individual sessions, Reschedule is possible if notified 12h in advance and done within the coming 7 days. For group programs and workshops, a longer notice period may apply, and specific details will be provided at the time of booking. You will receive a Terms and Conditions agreement prior to your sessions start.
